Switching is easy and we handle all of it. You just sign a quick authorisation and we'll contact your previous accountant, get your records transferred, and re-register everything with HMRC. Most clients are fully onboarded within 5 working days at no extra charge.
Not at all — we work with clients all over the UK. Most of our work is done by email, phone and Zoom with secure digital document signing. That said, if you're in Leeds you're always welcome to pop in for a coffee at our Hyde Park Road office.
A 15–30 minute chat with Haroon to understand your situation, answer your questions and identify any obvious tax savings. We'll explain what we'd recommend and provide a written fixed-fee quote afterwards. There's absolutely no obligation to proceed.
Yes — most clients pay monthly by direct debit, spreading the cost of their annual fee evenly. It makes budgeting easier and means there's never a big bill at the end of the year. There are no long-term contracts — you can leave any time with 30 days' notice.
Absolutely. We regularly help clients bring years of overdue accounts and returns up to date. We liaise with HMRC on your behalf, negotiate payment plans for any tax owed, and get you fully compliant — usually with far less stress than people expect.
We're Xero and QuickBooks certified, and also support Sage, FreeAgent and good old spreadsheets. If you're not using any software and want to, we'll set you up, train you and include the subscription in your monthly fee.
